1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancelled Orders: If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return Accepted Products: Refund will be processed once the returned product passes our quality check.
Note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-related products (such as opened food, cosmetics, or personal care items).
- Digital/downloadable products or services once delivered.
4. Returns Process
- Contact our support team within the return period.
- Share images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once verified, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
