• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
• Remote or rural areas may take 8–10 business days.

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A small shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping limit.
• Charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your package on the courier partner's website or through your account on Bazarvio.in.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Courier service disruptions, weather issues, or unforeseen events.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted within India only.

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
• We will resolve the issue through replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
